Shipping & Delivery
All paid orders received will be despatched providing all items ordered are in stock.  Please allow extra time for orders that are being shipped to destinations that involve crossing water.  Our delivery charges are on a sliding scale and depending on the size and delivery address will determine the courier used.  Please note that all deliveries sent will require a signature and the onus on the customer to ensure that a member of staff is present to do so.  Vibe Centre will not accept any liability if a third party unrelated to the business placing the original order signs for the delivery.
Returns & Replacements

Vibe Centre can only accept returns with a confirmation of the invoice reference number issued on the original sale.  A refund or exchange for products purchased can only be issued to a customer when the original products are presented back to Vibe Centre in original packaging within 30 calendar days of original purchase if tested by Vibe Centre to be faulty.  If the product(s) to be returned is deemed to damaged or excessive signs of wear and tear then the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange with Vibe Centre having the final decision.

Ordering

All orders placed via the website will be excluding VAT which will be calculated at the checkout.  All pricing is subject to change without any prior notice as are the delivery charges.  All images used are only for show and the item delivered may vary from the image displayed.  It will be accepted and agreed that all customers have read and understood the ‘terms & conditions’ before paying for the order placed.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments for online orders need to be made and completely processed before any goods are released and all pricing is subject to change without prior notice.  All promotions are at the discretion of Vibe Centre and can be withdrawn without any notice.

Viewing Orders
All orders should be reviewed by the customer before payment is made.
Updating Account Information
The responsibility for updating any account information is the customer's to ensure that all billing and delivery addreses are correct for orders placed., as well contcat information.
